Choose your class?

  • General Core Strength Vinyasa Class

    $20 casual or $150 for a 10 class pass (pass lasts 1 year).

    A general class focussing on core strength, functional movement, balance and breath in a flowing style. A general level of fitness is required.

  • Gentle over 45's Core Strength Vinyasa Class

    $15 per class.

    A gentler class for those who are unable to join the general class but still want to benefit from yoga.

  • Seniors Chair Yoga

    $15 per class.

    For those who find getting to the floor difficult. Movement with the breath is good for mental health and calmness, the yoga movement  improves balance, strength and confidence.

  • Yin Yoga

    $15 per class.

    Unlike regular yoga, Yin does not use muscle strength, it reduces physical tension in the body. Yin yoga can be thought of as the deep tissue massage of yoga.

Private Classes - not confident to join a class yet and would like 100% individual attention start with a 1 on 1.

$85 for 45 min.

Spending a nurturing weekend with friends, book a private yoga class.

$120/class.
